We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at info@maruvis.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number — return shipping is covered by the customer, and we don't charge any restocking fee. Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. For an exchange, simply return your item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead.
