great experience! i ordered flower bed separately like replacement parts to build my own cat tree with flower beds but big enough to fit all my 7 cats on it at once if they wanted to and so far it’s going great! can’t thank you enough for the great communication and help with ordering the exact colors i wanted and the flower beds how i wanted them i’m very happy and grateful !

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at info@maruvis.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number — return shipping is covered by the customer, and we don't charge any restocking fee. Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. For an exchange, simply return your item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead.

Orders placed before 6:00 pm EST are processed the same business day; later orders are processed the next business day.
