Refunds
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://maruvis.com/. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at support@maruvis.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been used and is in its original condition.
Cancellation
After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to request cancellation; we will happily process a full refund. After that date, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.
We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we ship it out.
